Project Details
We provided Architectural Design Service for 308 Guestrooms, 12 Standard Rooms and 8 Handicap Rooms, along with Lobby, Meeting Rooms, Pool, Administrative Offices, and Scullers Jazz Club Renovations.
The Lobby was completely re-arranged for servicing guests & creating comfortable guest gathering areas. Administrative Offices & Meeting Rooms were re-configured to adapt to current operational requirements.
