2 Newbury Street

2 Newbury, originally built in 1823, is on the corner of Newbury Street and Arlington, and has an uninterrupted view over Boston Common. The 13,500 square foot, 6-story building is being renovated to encompass retail space on the first two floors, luxury office space on the third and fourth, and potential residential space on the fifth and sixth floors. We are overseeing the build-out of the first and second floor retail space, and provided architectural and interior design services for the completed renovation of luxury office spaces on the third and fourth floors.
