Fasano’s Marketplace

It all started over 60 years ago, first with Fasano’s Diner, then Fasano’s Catering, and now the newest addition to their list of family traditions, Fasano’s Marketplace, a modern take on the classic Italian Market. Fasano’s Marketplace is a 4500 sq ft “niche boutique marketplace” with locally sourced food ranging from grab and go meals to a full deli with a soup and salad bar. We helped this client develop their first storefront marketplace. The project began as an old bank, which we renovated into a fresh, new, modern Italian marketplace, plus space for their catering service needs. We provided Architectural, MEP & Interior Design services on this job.
