Project Details
This renovation for three TJX stores: HomeGoods, TJ Maxx, and Home Sense, and one future tenant consisted of interior tenant fit-out work along with new exterior facade design. The existing building was shortened one structural bay to increase parking on the site. We designed a new façade for the landlord & the three TJX retail tenants.
