Project Details
This facility was designed for N.B.Kenney Company with space for another tenant. The building is designed for two story office space with a manufacturing warehouse.
We used brick with a contrasting E.I.F.S. stucco piers to identify the entrance. Metal siding accent panels and brick piers are used in the warehouse area. The ribbon windows have pre-cast lintels for accent. The atrium lobby allows for dramatic entrance for both tenants with mahogany woodwork and glass railings.
