New 30,000 sq. ft. office and manufacturing headquarters for 70-year-old international heat detection manufacturing company.

The building is designed to show the companies progressive development as it welcomes clients from all around the world. Natural materials were selected for the exterior design using stone and metal panels for a clean contemporary design. The two story lobby has an open stair case with lobby seating around a stone fireplace & is decorated with historical firefighting equipment. Windows into all of the manufacturing & office areas make this a pleasant environment in which to work and enjoy the views of the wooded site.
